Help with the app, privacy or installation.
Use NeXaVirama for behavioural support, not emergency or medical diagnosis. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, has severe alcohol-withdrawal symptoms, has trouble breathing, is unconscious or may have overdosed, use local emergency medical services rather than waiting for an app response.
iPhone / iPad
Safari is the recommended installation path. Open NeXaVirama in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. The app uses safe-area spacing and 16 px form controls to avoid accidental iOS page zoom.
Android
Chrome and compatible Android browsers can install the NeXaVirama PWA from the browser menu or install prompt. The same web app is being prepared for Trusted Web Activity (TWA) packaging so it can later be signed as an Android APK/AAB without maintaining a separate user interface.

Before reporting an issue
- Note the device and browser.
- Say which focus was active: Vape, Smoking or Alcohol.
- Describe the step where the issue occurred.
- Do not send passwords, IDs or sensitive health details in a support message.

NeXaVirama is designed for current Safari on iPhone/iPad, Chrome on Android and modern desktop/mobile Chromium browsers. Microphone, speech, install prompts and notifications remain subject to each browser’s permissions and platform restrictions.
