NeXaVirama is designed so that behavioural history, assessment answers, health reminders, spending records and urge outcomes remain in the encrypted storage of the device and browser you use. Private NeXaCoach works from that local context without sending your journey to an AI provider.
Only when you deliberately use AI+ does NeXaVirama send the question and limited context needed for that response to the configured external AI provider. Broad health considerations are shared only when you separately opt in. The private free-text health note is not sent by the current AI+ flow.
Like most hosted websites, normal network infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and request paths. NeXaVirama does not use that infrastructure as a cloud store for your private behavioural journal.
We aim to minimise collection, keep optional information optional, make external transmission visible, and preserve a clear separation between private on-device support and consented external AI. NeXaVirama is not designed to sell behavioural data or build an advertising profile from a user’s craving history.
